At BlogiFix, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee for our Services. If you need to cancel your order within the specified time frame, we will refund your money according to the time frame for the specific Service you purchased. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the money-back guarantee time frame has passed.
Return Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
- Provide us with a reason for cancellation along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Share your active payment-receiving bank account number to receive the refund amount.
- Once your order is canceled and your refund has been completed, we’ll email you a notification.
Refund Issues
If you don’t receive your refund, please:
- Contact your bank to investigate any potential delays.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us through our Contact & Support Page and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Custom Orders
For custom services, please note the following:
- We require a 50% advance payment before starting work on your project.
- If you cancel the deal within 24 hours of placing the order, we’ll refund your full amount, excluding taxes.
- If the work has begun on your project after 24 hours, we cannot refund the 50% advance payment.
- Please also note that the cost of any international purchases made, such as domains, hosting, themes, or plugins, will not be refunded.
Important Note
Please keep in mind that we can only refund the amount that we receive in our system. Any bank transaction fees, payment gateway service costs, or international purchases such as domains, hosting, themes, or plugins are non-refundable.
